Michael Abraham possesses more than 15 years of professional experience in recruiting, client management and employee/contractor relations. His recruitment experience encompasses a broad array of skills, including business development, sourcing, recruitment, executive recruitment and HR/talent acquisition consulting. Additionally, Michael has extensive experience in resource and organizational planning, team building and leadership development, as well as advanced interviewing techniques, including behavioral interviewing.

Michael has worked with Global 1000 and Fortune 500 and 100 corporations, as well as start-up and fast-growth companies. His efforts have spanned the executive, management, mid to senior staff, and technical level functions. Michael’s background includes working with such industries as IT, accounting, engineering, finance, biotech, medical devices, nuclear and energy.

The Southern California native has a Bachelor of Arts in Social Ecology from University of California, Irvine; a Masters in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University; and a valid SPHR.
