Steven S. Sadleir holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Menlo College and an M.A. in Financial Economics from the University of Wales, United Kingdom, as a Rotary Scholar. He began his career working as an Economist for the United States government at the prestigious East-West Center in Honolulu, Hawaii, and then for Lloyds Bank in their Los Angeles office. He then began working as an investment adviser to lending institutions, such as the Bank of America.

In the 1990's Mr. Sadleir was asked to work in the securities industry and received his series 7 and 63 licenses (now inactive). As an investment banker he worked in the areas of equity financing, mergers, venture capital and then fund advising. He as worked as an institutional trader and fund advisor for some of the largest and successful funds and is now semi retired at 48.

Mr. Sadleir is also the Director of the Self Awareness Institute with over 60,000 students in over 120 countries and has been teaching individuals and corporations how to realize their full potential for over 20 years. He is a teacher to hundreds of entrepreneurs and executives around the globe. He infuses higher awareness into business applications for remarkable results.
