Steven S. Sadleir holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Menlo College and an M.A. in Financial Economics from the University of Wales, United Kingdom, as a Rotary Scholar. He began his career working as an economist for the United States government at the prestigious East-West Center in Honolulu, Hawaii, and then for Lloyds Bank in its Los Angeles office. He then began working as an investment adviser to lending institutions such as Bank of America.

In the 1990s Mr. Sadleir was asked to work in the securities industry and received his series 7 and 63 licenses (now inactive). As an investment banker he worked in the areas of equity financing, mergers, venture capital and fund advising. He has worked as an institutional trader and fund adviser for some of the largest and most successful funds and is now semiretired at 48.

Mr. Sadleir is Director of the Self Awareness Institute, with more than 60,000 students in more than 120 countries. He has been teaching individuals and corporations how to realize their full potential for more than 20 years. He is a teacher to hundreds of entrepreneurs and executives around the globe. He infuses higher awareness into business applications for remarkable results.
